In lesson number one, Carolyne will teach the rudiments of breathwork, which is one of the simplest and most powerful techniques for unlocking inner happiness.
Carolyne explains, “Breathing is something we do all the time, we don't even have to think about it. However, how we breathe can do a lot to improve the physical state of our brains and our bodies.”
She adds, “In times of stress, we tend to tense up, our heart rate increases, our blood pressure may rise, we perspire, our metabolism changes, and our breathing rates become shallow. This shallow breathing restricts the flow of oxygen into our body, which is vital for well-being and happiness. In this lesson, we’ll have a look at why bringing more awareness to our breathing can be very beneficial for increasing our happiness.”
In lesson number two, Carolyne will teach practical techniques for overcoming negative thought patterns which often interfere with inner peace and happiness.
In Carolyne’s words, “This life-changing session is all about how to create a mindset for happiness. So, if you've been frustrated trying to create happiness in your life so far, or often find your happiness derailed in the same or similar circumstances, this session will help you better understand your experience and show you how to restore and protect your happiness.”
The focus of lesson number three is Gratitude. Recent studies show that feeling and expressing gratitude leads to better physical health and even slows down the ageing process, as it activates the feel-good hormones in our body. In this session, Carolyne will teach you how to use gratitude to turbocharge your happiness.
“If you try using gratitude as a happiness tool after this session, you’ll be surprised at how quickly you’ll begin to notice very positive results.” Carolyne explains.
She adds, “Gratitude has the power to turn any negative feeling or emotion around very quickly, especially when it is heart-centred. It is key to abundance and fulfilment. Gratitude also helps to reset your energy and will raise your vibrations, meaning you will feel good. In this lesson, I’ll share techniques for using gratitude as a power tool.”
Lesson number four will cover all you need to know about how self-care and self-love can further enhance your happiness.
“The key to success with any kind of happiness is self-love and self-care because this journey is about becoming deliberate about creating happiness within and for yourself.” Carolyne says.
By the end of this lesson, you will have unlocked the key to the door of true happiness.
Lesson number five is about the power of affirmations and how you can use affirmations to train your brain for happiness.
In Carolyne’s words, “The key to success with affirmations is learning to use them daily to create new neurological paths in your brain to support your happiness journey.”
This lesson will help you understand why affirmations matter and how you can use them to chart a course to lasting happiness.
Lesson number six is all about how you can use positive visualisations to orient your subconscious mind to happiness.
According to Carolyne, “The key to success with visualisations is learning to use your creative mind in a way that creates fulfilment in every area of your life.”
